treasure

silence
priceless treasure
worth dearly felt
when cacophony surrounds us
in disguise of modern living
we ache for those golden days
when hours passed by in absolute silence

Fully inspired by an amazing post in my friend Ivon’s blog, his vivid description truly made me long for those hours in night, in past when I ached for man made sounds to give me relief from my fear of ghosts 🙂

  1. Noise pollution has to be taken seriously or we will all either go deaf or insane. Tranquil moments are necessary for our well being, both emotional and physical. Lovely post my friend.
